CM Sawant should check on the attendance of his govt Staff in all departments. Half of them seem to be on disguised unemployment. They are on the rolls only in name taking all benefits but not doing any work. They will only work after receiving gratification. Sawant should have visited the houses not receiving water. Borkar is definitely not lying. Now his Officers will lie saying everyone receives 24x7 water supply. Only Borkar and the residents concerned who are on the spot will know that they are lying.
