Everything what they said is OK expect eliminating Goa Miles. I think this is the time to introduce Ola and Uber in Goa. They said Goa miles get 700 with 1 counter and they get 500 with 5 counter, Don't you think the customer are preferring app base taxi service? If I went to Mumbai or any other parts of India. I would prefer Ola or Uber over local taxi operators. Reason transparency of total cost. Things are becoming online like booking of flights, Ordering food, Ordering Mobile (Amazon, Flipkart), Clothes etc. We need to adopt this changes.
