ツェーとエフが永遠に合わなくて鬱になりそうです。単体で音を出すのなら音程はまだ合うのですが、曲中や連符に出てくると音程高くなっちゃいます…😔 どんな練習が効果的ですか？

息を下に向けるイメージにすると、音程を下げることができます。 私は高くなりやすい音は息の方向を変えて調整しています。
