Aberration is the best map. The ecosystem feels so cohesive and I love the fantasy vibe, which can both be cute and haunting. The biomes are gorgeous. The terrors and dangers are not only the creatures, but the environment. Being flyer-exclusive makes the map feel a lot bigger. A lot of the new creatures were amazing, Rock Drake and Reaper, after so many years, are still in my top 5 favourite ARK creatures. Awesome new tools to adapt. The feeling of being stuck on a map like this, I don’t think anything can ever capture that again.

don't get me wrong all of Ark's DLCs have been amazing and I've had a lot of fun with them, however Aberration was so different, so challenging, so well balanced with the lack of flyers that it just stands above all the others in my opinion.
