Muthoni I resonate with almost everything you are saying. I have been deep in toxic relationships, I have let my guard down, and I have been exploited and walked on by men. Anyway, now am slowly recovering from those situations. But here is what I have to say, there is nothing like "I know I did things that I shouldn't have done" No. Life is not always about making the right choices. It's a package of all of it; the good decisions, the celebrations, the bad decisions, the mistakes, failures. These are what make life LIFE. The good choices and the bad choices make a package of who you are, own them in equal measure. The only thing is: what have you learned from all these experiences that will grow you as a person moving forward? Appreciate those 'bad decisions' you made because they have built you into the STRONG WOMAN you are today. And girl, keep up the good content.
