there is a small plastic piece (1304 model) or the metal bracket (1624 model) in front of maintenance station. its not in alignment need to bend it slightly so in correct position this moves a bit over time. i had this error come up for last 4 years and that is solution.

How to by pass the pump if the err asking to change pump?

I know this is an old post but my problem was during the startup sequence the carriage moved off of capping station then when it would go to push the carriage back up onto the capping station I would get a current error. If I helped push it back up onto the capping station it worked fine. The CR Motor needs replacing.

May be the tension of steel belt or the small piece that it´s doing as security when printheas goest to print.

Encoder strip is dirty or needs replacing, try with some alcohol ;)
