I have a few! 1. Learn how to read Tabs. Ultimate guitar.com has hundreds if not thousands of songs. It is simple and effective. Great for beginners and experts. 2. Practice and sleep. They go hand in hand. The more you practice, the more your brain thinks it's important and the more sleep you have ( 6 - 8 hours ) the more time your brain has time to process this importance. 3. Practice with your picking hand. What I mean is to focus on the picking. Like pick out the songs while your chord hand is doing nothing. Helps a lot with Blink songs.
