Picked up a axial bomber on trade and swapped out a lot of parts. Axial 2 speed transmission, hobbywing 1080 esc with stock 35t motor. 2.2 proline hyrax tires. Vanquish and eBay parts!

Right on, my bombers are my fave rigs to run..one is a rock beast with an axe system & the other is setup with a castle system that rips gnarly enough to backflip it..theyre a blast for sure! Liked & subbed dude💪🤙

Nice setup! I'm new to this rc crawler stuff but I bought an Axial Bomber I use mine to crawl. I wanted to know if you are able to clear 1.9 wheel with the AR60 axles you have? I'd like to get some more weight in the front of mine.

Hmm not sure. I could try but everything is packed up for a move. I would just do some 2.2 aluminum beadlocks instead. That will add more weight than the 1.9’s

@@mutt457 I ask since you said you'd have to shorten the screws that's so you can get better clearance when turning right? Thing is I have a proline 4runner body looks good and with the 2.2 I rub on the fenders ever though I've trimmed the fenders up high. I'd really like to get those you have for the price if they worked out... currently trying to find some trailing arms for mine too.

just use 12mm Wheel Hex Hubs 8mm Thickness Spacers to gain your bolt clearances. gives it a bit wider stance as well.. i run 12mm. oh and i run mamba x with the 3800. did you take them axels apart and check the grease..? cool rig go hit some rock lol..

Try loading your gear box up with lots of grease

The motor shifted/rotated during this run. I had since put a 21t and all metal gears in the trans and tcase. Then set the proper gear mesh. Sounds loads better now. I would still stick with a 3s. Always recommend to gear down and volt up

I sold my Vaterra Rallycross and want to get a new truck...should I get this Axial RR10 Bomber or Losi Baja Rey Ford Raptor King Shocks edition?

@@mutt457 That's what my concern is for the Losi parts availability and upgrade parts. Just a month ago I was set on getting a Rock Rey til I saw the Baja Rey Raptor which looks nicer and has sway bars for slightly better handling and stability and then last week I saw this Axial bomber 2.0.

Johnny Malmberg yep it is. The spurs gear is being swapped. This was a trade off I got and that was the sound
