PRESSURE COOKER MUTTON:
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
350Gms / 5 Onions
1 Whole Garlic Cloves
3 Green Chillies
1.5 Inch Ginger
1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
5 Cloves
3 Green Cardamom
2 Dried Red Chillies
10 Black Black Peppercorns
2 Black Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp Hald Powder
3 -4 Whole Garlic
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
500 Gas Mutton
1 tsp Red chilli Powder (Spicy)
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seeds / Sauf Powder
1 Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Meat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
Water as needed

As a south Indian, I was very happy to try this new recipe. Meat was super tender and delicious Only change i made was use ghee instead of mustard oil which we are not used to. and added potatoes before the last 4 whistles from the pressure cooker .

Both ghee and mustard oil are used for mutton. But if you are cooking in bihari style then use mustard oil

Being a Bihari I can say that you were on point with the recipe. My dad cooks mutton in this style everytime. Only 1 difference is he leaves the cooker covered for atleast 1.3hrs he never goes for the whistle, he just mix all the masala with onion, ginger-garlic and everything leaves it on low flame.

I Have tried this recipe with chicken 1. Chicken onion and other ingredients mix with mustard oil 2. Place it in cooker 3. Remove the nossel and and atta batter, so that no gas will be out 4. Place a thick tawa in gas and above that cooker 5. First 15min in high flame then in slow fame It took almost 1.5 hrs to cooked ...it's a very slow process but outcome is magic
