1 kg mutton
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 lime juice
For green masal
2 handful of corianderlea
1/4 cup pudina leaves
8-9 garlic cloves
1 and 1/2 inch ginger
Land 1/2inch cinammon
1/2 tbsp cloves
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp geera
6-7 green chillies
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
water as required
