Mustard oil/ refined oil 1/2 cup
Mutton 500g
Tomatoes 250g
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Red chilli powder1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Curd 250g
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp (crushed)
Brown onion (brista) 3 tbsp
Green chillies 3
Whole Red chillies 3
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Vinger onion 7-10
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Kewra water 1/2 tsp
