Ingredients and preparation
Oil 100 ml
2 medium size chopped onions
Mutton 1 kg
Chopped ginger and garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cook for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes
Add tomatoes 500 gram
Chopped green chilies
Add 1 glass of water
Let cook on low heat for 30 minutes
Now Add yogurt 100 gram
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Cook for 3 minutes
Add chopped ginger on top....
