What a perfect example of self sustainability, the sounds of birds and the lush greenery around you seems like heaven, I wish I could move you guys out here in UK in the Buxton area, in the hills, buy you a small farm, you can do all the cooking and make your videos and I can eat your yummy foods. I would've used a machine to make that into a qeema, you show us how to do it without electricity and gas. ❤❤❤

Yes, this is the time that she needs strengthening foods for her bones, I had my daughter in Pakistan, my mother in law made all those things, they didn't taste too great but I remember what I did to my body, I didn't appreciate that till I had my son 5 years later in USA and didn't have those power foods, I remember the years of bone pains I went through. Both mine were c-sections
