W salam یخنی مندی سے نکالی پتیلا میں نے جس کے درمیان فلٹر (جالی )لگا ہوتا ہے وہ استعمال کیا جس سے پتیلےکے نچلے حصہ میں یخنی جمع ہوگی آگ 5 منٹ تیز اس کے بعد میڈیم رکنی ہے مندی چٹنی چار عدد ٹماٹر ایک عدد پیاز چار garlic آٹھ عدد سبز مرچ دو لیمن کا رس سب کو اگٹھے گرینڈ کر لے

Indeed very nice recipe of mandi but avoid self praising it doesn't feel better. I think you left behind the women cheff in self praising. Praising and liking is the right of viewers only not the presenters. Self praising doesn't look better the ears in listening. Therefore avoid it

No link of Rice and Mutton except minor amount of Yakhni ( Soup) which was added during boiling the rice. Without injecting the taste of mutton in rice it is never tasty. It is not better than Biryani. It is just a fashion of adopting the Arabic recipes.

چاول اور مٹن کا کوئی ربط نہیں سوائے یخنی (سوپ) کی معمولی مقدار کے جو چاولوں کو ابالنے کے دوران شامل کیا گیا تھا۔ چاول میں مٹن کا ذائقہ ڈالے بغیر یہ کبھی بھی مزیدار نہیں ہوتا۔ یہ بریانی سے بہتر نہیں ہے۔ یہ صرف عربی ترکیبوں کو اپنانے کا فیشن ہے۔
