@@Anjuman-z1v oh okay we tibetans cook momos mainly with beef so I guess they are different but i cooked mutton curry before they were chewy so cooking by pressure cooker was the best way

As a Tibetan we make momos almost everyday so like once the water starts boiling steam it for 20 minutes and turn the heat off
