Recipe & Ingredients;
This is a 30 paya recipe. You can modify recipe accordingly
-750 Gram Ghee
-750 Gram Onions
- 30 Mutton Paya
- 2 Mutton Whole Brain
- 12 TBSP Ginger / Garlic Paste
-10 TBSP Red Chili Powder
- 8 TBSP Corainder Powder
- 2 TBSP Turmeric Powder
- 6 TBSP Salt
- 4 TBSP Paya Masala ( Recipe of Paya Masala is attached and explained in video)
- 4-5 Bay Leaves
- 6-7 Sticks of Cinnamon
- 15 Cloves
- 750 Gram Yogurt
In a deep vessel add ghee and onion and cook onion until they turn transparent. After that add paya and cook it for 4-5 minutes. After that add all the spices mentioned above and cook it for 20 Minutes.
Then add 3 Litres of water and let this cook for 30-35 minutes of medium flame. After that we will add we will add Yogurt and cook it for 20-25 Minutes. Once its cooked we will add 6 Litres of water and cook it until it reaches boiling temperature. After that we cook this in pressure cooker for 35-40 Minutes.
Once it is cooked garnish it with some garam masala and your healthy paya recipe is ready to be served and enjoyed.

Amma recipe Desi ghee 3 pao PaYe 30 Onions dair kilo Cook the onions till transulent Add payye Add garlic and ginger 12 tablespoon Add red chilli 10 tps Dry corrainder 8 tps Turmeric 2tps Salt 6 tps as required Paaye masala of any brand 4 tps Garam masala per taste Cook the paaye along with ma'sala Add 3 litre water covering the lid on medium flame till water dries for 20 say 30 minutes add 2 brains and cook them Separate the brains Add curd in the payye Cook the paaye in pressure cooker for 10 to 30 min add more water if needed Add cooked brains on serving dish along with paaye Dish out And garnish with corrainder and slices of ginger
