Mutton Paya Recipe | Goat Trotters Easy Authentic Paya Recipeلاجواب مٹن پائے Cook with Malaika
INGREDIENTS:
6 mutton paye
2 tbs dry coriander seeds
1 tsp white cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
2 brown cardamom
1 piece mace
1/4 piece mace
4 peice cinnamon stick
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 medium sliced onion
8 cloves
6 green cardamom
8 cloves
2 tbs ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbs Paprika powder (Kashmiri chilli)
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup yoghurt
Add grinded masala
Add some water until it covers the paye
Add leftover ginded masala
Some julian cutted ginger
Some fresh corinader
