- 4 Tablespoons Adrak (Ginger) & Lasan (Garlic) Paste
- Mutton (large pieces, preferably Machli Gosht)
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- ½ Tablespoon Haldi (Turmeric)
- 2 Tablespoons Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder
- 1½ Tablespoons Zeera (Cumin), crushed by hand
- 2 Tablespoons Atta (Wheat Flour)
- 4 Tablespoons Water (to mix with Atta)
*Instructions:*
1. Fry sliced onions in a large pot until they turn light brown.
2. Add 4 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add ½ glass of water and stir.
4. Add mutton pieces along with salt, red chili powder, and turmeric. Fry for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in 2 glasses of water and cook for 15 minutes, letting the mutton change color.
6. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and cook for 18 minutes (due to the large size of the mutton pieces).
7. After cooking, remove the lid, add 2 tablespoons coriander powder, and crushed cumin seeds.
8. Mix 2 tablespoons of atta with 4 tablespoons of water, then add to the cooker.
9. Cook on low-medium flame for 1 hour until the mutton is tender and the gravy thickens.
