Ingredients:
□500g mutton, cut into pieces
□ 1/4 cup oil
□ Whole garam masala (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
□ 2 tablespoons
□ ginger-garlic paste
□ 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
□ Salt, to taste
□ 10 almonds, soaked and ground to a paste
□ 10 cashew nuts, soaked and ground to a paste
□ 2 tablespoons coconut powder
□ 1/2 cup fried onions
□ 1/2 cup yogurt, beaten
□ Kewra water
□ 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala.
Add ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add mutton pieces and cook until the mutton changes color.
Add enough water to cover the mutton and cook until the mutton is tender.
Add almond paste, cashew nut paste, coconut powder, fried onions, and yogurt paste. Mix well.
Cook 10 more minutes add water adjust consistency
Add kewra water and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
