Ingredients
Mutton Mince/Kheema - 500 gms
Chana Dal/Gram Dal - 200 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbspoon
Red chili flakes - 1 tbspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tbspoon
onion - 1 cut into big pieces for boiling
Onion - 4 medium sized finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 cup finely chopped
Mint leaves - 1 cup finely chopped
Green chilies - 4 to 5 chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying
Eggs - 2 to 3
This is for making 50 pieces.
