आज भने मैले खसीको मासुमा घिरौंला मिसाएर पकाएको छु । पछिल्लो समय धेरै मानिसहरुले घिरौंलाको तरकारी मिठो नहुँने भनेपछि घिरौंलाको तरकारीको रेसिपि मैले मेरो गाउँघरको तरिकाले प्रस्तुत गरेको छु, घिरौंलामा खसीको मासु हालेर । यदि तपाईहरु नन भेज हुनुहुन्छ भने यस प्रकारले घिरौंलालाई पकाएर खाँदा यसको स्वाद साह्रै मिठो हुन्छ ।
