I am a doctor practicing in Mumbai and started cooking when my wife was sick with covid....and now I am the official cook..have tried .many of your recipes Bharat..like chef Ranveer Brar you have a way with words and if you say this mutton tastes "Ultimate" then ek baar banana to padega... tomorrow is the day, I have also bought a mitti ki handi for that and I am all set..champaran mutton it is..thanks Bharat. 👍

I made it today.. But used cooker as didn't have mitti ka bartan... It was excellent.. I loved it... Very simple but very tasty.. Thank you buddy for being saviour of bachelors like us..

In bihar we don't use tomatoes/dahi in non-veg gravy....if it's too spicy u can sprinkle some lemon while having it.

No, because onion ki quantity is very high. For 1 kg mutton min half kg onion. Also this mutton style has more onion and garlic flavour. 👍

भाई आनंद से आनंद आया इसको बनाने में और इसको खाने में भी।। एक बात रखना चाहूंगा कि गैस की जगह पर अगर सुविधानुसार इसको बनाने में कोयले का या लकडी का इस्तेमाल करें तो इसके स्वाद में बहुत ही फर्क आएगा।

I Love your recipes and the reason for doing the cooking steps. It stays in my brain and allows me to Not skip them ever!!!! I have a request. Is there something you can work on making different gravies and storing in the fridge ( without losing taste), so that I can make chicken or vegetables and add when I need to the gravy to make curry really fast?

Ha Madam, Inhone galat bataya hai. Pani bilkul nhi padta. Aur rahi baat galne ki to pyaj ke gravy se mutton pakta hai dhime aanch pe. Aur Gas pe nhi banate hai coal ya lakdi pe banate hai. Taste ka bahut fark aata hai. Sach kahu to Bharath ne Authentic khaya nhi hoga. Champaran pe har hotel isko sahi se nhi banate. Kuchh hotel bahut achhe se banate hai

What happened to whole garlic (s) and its peals. Did it also cook and mix in masala. Also any specific reason for not using pealed and crushed garlic.

The garlic remain the same in size but it gets cooked and flavored. You can eat this whole garlic and believe me it's amazing in taste.

Agar garam pani milana chaho us samy to 1 ya dedh cup mila sakte hai. Bus 5 ya 6 min bina dhakkan lgae pakana hoga.

हर बार लेने की आवश्यकता नहीं... पहले गांव में भी दाल सब्ज़ी हांडी में बनाया जाता था मटन ज्यादा पकाना हो तो बड़ी हांडी ले सकतो हो
