I made this today and followed the recipe faithfully. It was delicious and my back is sore from all the patting I received from my family 😀. The only variation is that I since I had used 1.5 Kg of mutton, I was left with a lot more liquid. So I used some of the mutton to make make the dry version of the dish and then used the rest along with the stick to make a curry. Both were excellent. Thanks for sharing. Your recipe it’s are simple, yet delicious, a rare combination. I have prepared a number of them by now and they were without exception, excellent!!
