Gotdemmit, just finished this a few hours ago. I don't know how to express my feelings...what I'd give to be able to do projection, lol. I'd say sleeping at 6 am and waking at 9 for an 8:30 am shift was worth it. Sheesh, this VN doesn't hold back....gives you a bit of reprieve then shoves you down the emotional roller coaster again and again.... demmit Sumika...

I played this game meant to be my birthday present alongside a Suzuki GSR750 to myself as I turned 24 and my word it was one hell of a ride and I'm glad that I was able to read the story. Although I remember the Engrish to be VERY STRONG at the time and the blood and the guts flying in all directions. Yeah it was a well balanced trip.

It is in the sense that Takeru got sent back to Extraverse with no memory of what happened in Alternative, and a lot of the Alternative characters are there such as Yuuhi, Kashiwagi, Kasumi, Walken, Piatif etcetc. Some of them, such as Yuuhi and Kasumi have their own routes, but basically it is an expanded version of Extra with more routes. Obviously all the original girls have their own routes too.

I'm a totally didnt cried on anything. My heart was racing as crazy, but didn't cried in the end when the all crew was dying, because after Sumika in 7ep and Michiru death there's no more water in my eyes, i thought But when i saw ''ghosts'' of all girls on that hill and that final letter... tears just come up themselves, crying Kasumi was a strong tear squeezer too. And then first notes of that song are blowed me up. Was crying a hour. And still after 4 hours, i gues, there's tears in my eyes

transparent suits are fine with me. plus it was justified fairly well in universe. They gave good enough reasons that it didn't ever bother or distract me.

Well she went back to being a robot once Kyon fixed everything iirc, but yes I think they are similar in some ways. I'd say the main difference is that Yashiro's head is full of a different person's memories, but Kasumi and Nagato developed similarly over time despite that.

Yeah but I have mixed feelings on the whole fresh start kind of thing, on one hand I feel that it invalidates the struggles he went through if he doesn't seem to remember it, on the other hand Altverse isn't so fun with all the characters dead...I also don't really think it's fair that Yashiro keeps her memories and nobody else does, that seems rather lonely :

Tearing a tiny corner of a page in a book is a big deal to me, having 1 dead pixel on the screen is a big deal to me, remastering original badly sounding songs that you've grown to like is a big deal to me. Full experience is the full experience, patches are unacceptable if it's not built in in the game it's not a true part of the game. You can't go around selling me an altered version. Paintings are not to be painted over. And even if you do that, you damn well know that that piece of art has another under painting and therefore doesn't stand as it's own product, rather like a pupil of a big shot. You're stuck in your cozy little chair playing a game as you like it while others who want the full thing end up paying for edited shit, speaking generally not just for this game. Just because they changed the target market to suit you, well fuck that nobody had to change the market for me, all they had to do is stick to their initial idea, all we want is games as they were originally imagined in the head. Uncensored yes, but that's because they were originally like that in the head. Put whatever shit you had in your mind into your product, no matter if I'd hate the hell out of it. My last reply was a month ago, you really need to awake an old conversation and bring in more negativity... It's not a matter whether it's available in general. It's a matter that nothing should be "sold" as parts. You obviously feel differently but to me it's like buying a non digital phone without one or more buttons. Same thing goes for DLCs but censorship and alterations are worse. I would never complain on any game out there if it wasn't known that those games censored or altered something. Yet they chose to sell different versions to people. It's like selling a good formula dish washing product and then altering the formula but maintaining the same price. If I have knowledge and if it's obvious that something was changed then I obviously want the original thing. If the game included nothing sexy or bloody and was altered, I would still complain. It simply is not right to alter something. Either release everything the same or "censor" everything before release in a way that only the company knows that something was removed and we all good. Sailor Moon censored the whole lesbian relationship thing and I'm not even right with that and I absolutely hate gay people.
