I think aged muzan is just under monster koku by a bit(well it's debatable some consider koku to be miles stronger than aged muzan some just call it a muzan win) so you could lower aged muzan's power level to just below 2,400,000 however I also think that muzan vs koku could go either way and of course without muzan using his blood manipulation

I think that Muzan is wayyyyy stronger than Upper moon 1-3 together: Muzan > Kokushibo (no-low diff) Kokushibo > Doma and Akaza together (high diff) So: Muzan > Kokushibo, Doma and Akaza together (low/mid diff)

Definitely not, all the demon slayers from that era aside from Yoriichi are featless, if Kokushibo, being a demon and having 450+ years to become stronger was impressed by Gyomei and Sanemi, i really don't think Michikatsu would be on that same level
