Ailee is so good! Why is she so underrated? It's unfair how popularity might determine someone's talent! An example is Taeyeon (I like Taeyeon's songs too and yes i acknowledge that they are talented in their own ways). I get that she is super popular because she's the main vocal of SNSD, but she just doesn't HAVE any power in her voice. It's just melodious. And that's like 99% of all singers, whereas Ailee has this powerful voice and dances super well. I have never heard her sing a ballad before but i'm sure her voice would be super melodious too. Can't wait for a live. I just want to see someone perform a pop song with a killer choreo and actually sing the goddamn song! And it's not like she didn't try to promote ballads before, they just don't stay on the charts as long. If you're anticipating a ballad, she sings plenty of OSTs and there's always hidden gems in the album.
