Except those that aren't 😀. For those you mean, they aren't biggest actors/actresses, but for sure top stars. Except Kim Soo Hyun, he could be put in a list for best actors, no problem. Before you reply, I should mention that I've seen all of IU's dramas and I'm a big fan. Not a big fan of Suzy, but I've watched Vagabond and Start-Up, liked her in both. But my opinion is you can't put nor Suzy, nor IU in top 10 korean actresses, at least not yet.

I still think others are ahead in acting, but of course everybody can make their own list. But if you look at korean biggest awards, nor Suzy and definitely nor IU, can claim that they are often present among nominees or winners for best actress. But they have place to grow for sure, they have their 30s to develop much more their acting potential.
