Okay so you remember that episode of Doctor Who where they went back in time and felt bad for Vincent Van Gogh since nobody liked his paintings in his time and he was only appreciated after he died? Well I feel like I've found that in the current year with a youtuber named Nakinyko. This person is pumping out absolute classics about once every 6 months and none of my friends are listening to me when I say he's the next big thing. Trust me, this person is going global. 24/7, 365. I'd say the gateway drug for Nakinyko was the Adele/ClariS mashup. I had already heard the Adele song before since I'm a human who has been alive in the past 7 years, but I had never heard the anime girls' songs. Anyway, this mashup was an absolute banger even to my virgin ears. After this song, I listened to Hey Miku, Last, and some more. Where it really changed was when I heard Falling. This remix was so far above the rest, I felt like I ascended. I even considered wishlisting Lain on Mudae. I fell in deep. I am now about to start posting on my Snapchat story about Nakinyko. My whole life will be Nakinyko. I don't have much money now, but you can be sure I'm taking a one-way flight to the Philipines the first chance I get. And to think it all started off with those cute little hats like the ones in this video.
