The awesomeness of the cover and the performance aside, I just wanted to point out just how damn clever the whole August 19th EXPERIENCE itself was. Starting from the legendary but simple Heff SC, Betsy was able to cook up not just a bit but an entire MYTHOLOGY revolving around the almost 2012 Mayan calendar-esque countdown to damnation, leading up to a highly-viewed event stream with lots of cool variety content, and all capped off with this new cover of a (very fitting) song. This is the absolute peak. There's no way Bettel can top this...until his next big event comes around, of course. tl;dr clown man funny and also cracked metal vocalist--like, seriously?! Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeshhh!

This cover got me interested in Deadman Wonderland, which I proceeded to read in its entirety throughout the past 4 days, I recommend reading it if you like guro or the indomitable human spirit. I can't put into words how amazing this cover is, his tones and inflections were perfect for this song.
