The reason 'Shine' never got a win? Because people only loved the song, not Pentagon as a group. You see the many comments saying "I'm not a fan but..."? that's exactly the reason why. People loved the song and everyone danced to it so Pentagon was able to promote for 6 weeks, but nobody voted for them. People still continue to listen to 'Shine' which i *love* since it's so iconic, but 80% of the views are from people that don't know any other members besides Edawn and any other songs besides 'Shine'. Mystery solved. Please support Pentagon from now on.

The fact that this song over 180 MILLION views and never won any awards shows that the system is corrupt and not always accurate. Especially since songs that haven't even hit 100 million views get awards. This song is loved by so many kpop fans, even people who may not stan pentagon know and love this song

Gabbi Fetrow they really did deserve all the awards honestly and SOTY as well but I think the reason they didn’t win anything is because they weren’t popular when it released, but people slowly started to discover them, and this song became very famous but by that time promotions were just about over, so they never got anything.

@@uedobok have you checked their album sales and vi3w counts for the first two weeks of this album's release? it's honestly crazy, especially considering cube stans were (and still aren't, sorry) good at str3aming since they just enjoy the music. but we got so many vi3ws, album sales, v0tes internationally and in korea...it's honestly crazy that we didn't beat bts bc a lot of the army came at the end of fake love promotions and weren't THAT MUCH ahead of other kpop groups
