In the scene where Jinhwan was sitting with land of empty bottles is because when we are depressed we are perfectly fine from the outside but in the inside we are feeling empty/emptiness like a bottle, perfect from the outside , empty from the inside. Jinhwan explains it in the making of “I’m ok” mv.

This is actually about iKON's struggles from the past years. When people hurt them and left them. They don't want anyone's pity so they're saying they're OK. But they're broken inside.. This song is important for us, iKONICS, especially the lyrics. Too bad you didn't react to it 💔. It's relatable.
