This is one interpretation of their alab music video: Stell (Yellow) - he's like in the maze and confused where to go but at the end, he open the door that reaches his destination Sejun (Purple) - unsure how he's going to write his feelings since he keeps on tearing pages of paper but at the end, he wrote something that his heart desires. Ken (Black) - he's simply within his comfort zone (the box) but at the end he did the backflip and the box frame collapsed making him open to new feelings and out of his comfort zone Justin (Green) - he's with the frames because he wanted to fit in but the the end he dropped/the frames have been removed because he already accepted who he was Josh (Red) - the famous string of love that keeps on holding on to the person you love

The guy in shorts is Stell, the heavenly voice and also the group's choreographer. He probably called the shots and said he will be wearing shorts lol. Btw, it looks like you guys enjoy their dance practices so check out also their dance practice of Love Goes, original and EDM versions. Alex you're right about your interpretation. Each member has their own perception of love or how they are perceived. So towards the end, they finally figured out how to express it or break free. Like Ken inside the box. First off- Praise GOD for blessing me with your spiritual and physical brotherly love for each other! That's a rarity in reaction videos. Thank you. ALEX, actually STELL (in shorts, the group's main singer and choreographer) only started going to the Gym +/- mid 2020, mostly for his upper body and arms. I believe he was born with amazing pair of calves. (Sorry to disappoint you). It is Josh who had been into "body building" his Abs during their training years. FYI: JOSH was Voted "The Sexiest Man in the Philippines 2020". Talking about your keen observation about Endurance Training: SB19 had gone through rigorous all-around Korean Style Training for close to 4 years for 9 hours, 6 days a week, which included even Basic BALLET Lessons. IF you guys want to have More Laughs and want to SEE more legs/calves, please watch "[12/19/18} SB19 Dance Cover of Solo by Jennie and Yes Or Yes by Twice" video. Leader SEJUN's legs are pretty hairy, so he wore Knee Socks as a "respect" for us viewers : / .

Endurance is a big deal when it comes to performing but these guys are on a whole different level. They always impress me during their LIVE performances where they sing and dance non stop and the best part is they have stable vocals despite all the heavy dancing and it’s freakin live. I believe “Pacing” is important too. That’s one of the technique that you’ll be able to apply after constant practice.
