+Dark Angel Judging someone being healthy or not by solely basing it on a person's weight is grossly inaccurate. My mom who is turning 60 years old in a couple of weeks has been 'underweight' all her life but she has been always in pristine health. I've always been underweight too. But I've gained the pounds when I started lifting weights and right now I'm clinically obese since I have so much muscle in me I'm supposed to be overweight with my BMI by 18 pounds. But I have never been as healthy as ever. I run faster, I lift heavier and have amazing endurance.
