With every song they put out, it really shows their own colors as artists. We are extremely lucky to be able to stan these 4 amazing women that know what they want and are extremely good at executing their ideas and making them a reality. From Wheein’s Easy, Byulyi’s Selfish and Dark Side of the Moon, Hyejin’s Twit, and now Solar’s Spit It Out, not one release falls short of magnificence and finesse. MAMAMOO’s songs in itself are already top-notch, and now we also get to experience their solo releases. Being a MooMoo is the best decision I have ever made.

Solar wears some very unconventional clothing in this video (plastic outfit) that most kpop companies would avoid making use of or anything similar to it, and has a powerful prolonged scene with a bald cap on, which would very much displease the public that prefers women with long hair. There's a whole lot more to this video than what I described though, just giving examples

For me the transparent outfits means be unique and yourself, if you watch the dancers are all in green wearing high heels and at the end they are looking at Solar while she is the only dancing in the podium, Solar is diferent with a more "fresh" look and barefoot, meaning be yourself without caring what people can say about you. If we look at the purple outfits they all wearing the same, meaning that a girl can be sexy, strong and independent without caring what the people say, they are in dark color, tight and leather clothes, have heavy make up and very long nails, all of this is opposite of what korean thinks a girl sould be like. So i think this mean an statement of be proud of who you are, be strong and indepent, be unique, be yourself.

I feel like no one has really comprehend the meaning behind the bald concept. Every outfit in this video is stunning, colorful. Most backgrounds are decorated with LED lights and bunch of backup dancers. But the scenes of bald Yong is completly distinctive. No upbeat music or hysterical dance. No backup dancers. No complex backgrounds. Just Solar. All alone. Sitting there. Natural make up. Hugging herself. Beige outfit. Surrounded by flickering candles in the dark. This is the most vulnerable part of Solar soul. I think what she means here is: There is no need to wear fancy outfit or hairstyle. When you’re naked to your soul, that’s when you truly find the beauty in yourself. And that’s vulnerable part is where Solar nourish her soul, nourish the candle fire to bigger fire, wait till the time to spit the fire out. Just like how it connects to the lyrics “Sin prisa pero sin pausa . Resist and wait then spit it out” . And at the end of the video is when she really spit out, she burnt the car (and that car was actully burnt while shooting video 😂) . The video also ended with her being alone in the fire. Means she finally could spit all her passion, her fire to shut all the haters down. This girl is genius in details guys
