Actually the older group is more hard to get famous internationally because there's *still* a few people whose use KZbin and not mentioned there's no an application like VLive in the past. Even only a few people know about the Korean famous legend ShinHwa and I knew SHINee only because of Jong Hyun's death 😖 But, i want to say don't be sad for the older Group because people stan talent, like me i used to stan another group and i came to stan these Boys since 2017! I know I'm too late, but I find them so talented yet entertaining! 😍

I just want to point out the fact TOP Media has made a terrible job in promoting the guys. It is not their fault they've lost popularity, they are NOT generic or plain. They are charming, talented and many people in Korea (non fans) still consider them one of the best dance groups in the industry (They were voted as the best dancers, in a poll this year, winning against you know who... That's a fact even fans from other groups recognize ). I was in Korea during their Rocking era and they were incredibly famous, they used to sold out concerts in Europe in minutes (I attended 2 shows back then) and they were fairly known in Korea by non-fans (Niel and Chunji specially). The guys still cause havoc when they perform abroad (don't believe it? go check their latest performances in Poland, Vietnam, etc.) THESE GUYS ARE TALENTED AND AMAZING AND THEY ARE NOT "NUGUS". They've fallen victims of a terrible management and the fact some people are fixated on certain groups and have completely shut to see beyond them. Sorry this sounds like a lame rant, but these guys deserve so much better. They've shaped a generation and it's unfair no one is willing to acknowledge that.

it's so sad to see the comments especially the ones saying "just discovered this group", "first time seeing" etc etc. teen top's been here for like 7 years already yet so many people don't know them:( 4/5/6 years ago they were really popular but how did this happen? I'm not sad that people are seeing Teen Top for the first time. I'm only glad that this group still attacks new fans. People can't help it that they've only discovered Kpop just now or born later than the rest of us. I am also from the DSBK era and I do know about 1Tym and Jinusean but it's not interesting for me to look them up, so I understand when new fans don't bother to check out the older established bands. It's a pity and sometimes annoying but I would do the same in their case.

you're right. its also a good thing many people started discovering them, but in other cases like cnblue, infinite, girls day etc (which debut from the same years/near that year), people do know them. i mean the newer kpop fans. its all credits to the company still promoting them and making sure people dont forget about them but youre also right. im changing my point of view a little so that i can be glad they still 'attack 'new fans! ^^

Jess Adja I don't think it's about the company's lacking in promotion tactics. CN Blue just have a much wider appeal than Teen Top. Same with Girl's Day. Even in Teen Top's prime there are still a lot of people who simply do not care for them. For reasons like: "generic" music, not handsome enough, too young etc etc. CN Blue members all have acting gigs which *attracts* more fans. Girl's Day bloomed much later than Teen Top. Infinite also has a lot of acting gigs.

True, in the past there were fewer groups and all the groups released good music. That was the general consensus so there was no fanwar and everyone appreciated every band. But now with the vast amount of bands the quality of music and production has gone considerably down. So it's understandable that people don't branch out anymore to find new bands.

I've been with these boys since debut, 8 years. They've shaped this generation, one of the best dance groups in K-pop history. It's sad to see no one knows them, when Teen Top, Infinite, B.A.P, SHINee have shaped the generation to now. Teen Top have always been my bias group, and they will always be. They're legends, sure L.Joe left, but he's remembered. He gave us great memories and helped the boys along the way, I'm glad that he's happy now. traitor is such a negative word and i wouldn't want it attached nor associated with L.joe's name no matter how disappointed i am on how he handled his departure from TEEN TOP. to answer your question, if i were him, i would have gritted my teeth and honored the terms of my contract and moved on to another company when the contract ends. but i'm not him and he's not me so... as one person to another person, i understand that he has the right to make his own decisions, follow his heart and pursue his dreams. i don't hate him for leaving TEEN TOP. as a fan, i am disappointed on how he handled it. it was selfish and irresponsible for him to leave TEEN TOP in the middle of an album production. what led me to writing the first comment is that, it irks me that some people who already know that he left would still leave comments that they miss him and whine about his absence while disregarding the remaining members' hard work.

i really like this, it makes me feel so sentimental in a way? like, teen top were one of the first groups i liked way back when and this type of uptempo dance pop was what got me into them, and they've rly come so far since then while still staying true to themselves.... this comeback blew me away, their dancing is as always beyond amazing and their singing is too, chunji's high note is to die for, cap's rapping is so charismatic, i'm so glad ricky got to shine throughout this whole video with both his singing and dancing, niel's vocals are as smooth and tender as always and changjo once again proves how amazingly multi-talented he is. the song and its theme become bittersweet when considering one member's departure, because even though this is the kind of song that i really associate them with and love them for, it's still not the same when they're only five. i'm sure i'm not alone. ❤️
