OST Part.7 ‘이유’는 마음을 열고 고백한 강시영(이세영 분)에 대한 차요한(지성 분)의 마음을 전하는 곡이다. 강시영이 내밀어 준 손을 잡으며 아프지만 행복하다고 말하는 차요한의 아련한 마음이 녹여진 가사가 특히 인상적이며, 트리튜브의 힘 있고 감성적이면서도 진정성 있는 목소리가 곡을 완성 지었다.

The way he looking at her, caring about her or even being afraid to accept her, all show that how much he loves her and he need her. Their chemistry is amazing. At first, I doubted about chemistry between them because of their ages. But I know this is so wrong. They are so lovely and perfect for each other. Doctor John is not one of favourite dramas but it is my one and only favourite drama. Lee Se Young is so talent. She is my favourite actress because of this drama and I hope for her to be sucessful and more sucessful.

The story is fascinating in itself from KSY's declaration of feelings for CYH. It is her that drives the relationship, a woman boldly declares her sentiment and opening up her heart. It is her that initiated their first hug, it is her that offered her hand to CYH, refusing to let go. A very small pair of hands, yet big and strong enough to warm up CYH life, guided him and added much needed solace to a somewhat lonely existence. CHY is perplexed, yet fascinated by her gestures and bewitched by her whilst remains conflicted and distance due to his condition. He adores her, but could only express his love through the intensity of his stares, full of longing, wanting and yearning...Ji Sung and Lee Se Young are outstanding in this drama, as I have never seen a couple that could deliver such overflowing chemistry, overwhelming attraction and electric feel through the abyss in their eyes and simple gestures of holding hands and comforted hug. They should be congratulated on their outstanding performances.
