You’ve treated her so well. Whoever the next owner is should be very thankful.

I worked at a Chris Craft Dealer in LI NY from 1983 to 1986. I had Prepped, Rigged, Hauled, Delivered many of the Catalina 38's. Great tough boats. We used to call them the PT Boats as they had that tough military look. We always said we need to do a Military Camo Paint Job on one of them. I remember a specific delivery on a not so great day heading out of Jones Inlet. 6' rollers and she just blasted through them. Take care of the Classic Gem. Great Name and Transom Art :)

That's awesome!! These old CC's are amazing boats, and I've cared for her well...it's time for her to move on to the next caretaker, but I've loved every minute of owning Thirsty Whale. Thanks for watching and commenting!

It amazes me every year how fast the season goes. One day your out on your boat enjoying a cocktail, the next, your pulling out of the water. Cheers!

Lol, we recheck the count on the gas treatment… anyway…Wishing you a restful winter on the hard and in your new home. Thirsty Whale looks good being put to bed.

Matt, you need a ratio rite cup that has ounces on it. Lol I did what you did on 1 fuel tank and remembered I had one in our Yamaha jet boat.

I’ve been lazy with the Sta-Bil Marine in recent years…Just dump full bottles in. I find those half empty bottles messy to transport & store in the garage once opened.
