Q: What's your audio set-up?
A: I use a TASCAM DR-05 Linear Recorder tilted directly over the sound holes. Audacity is used for post-production sound editing.
Q: What's your camera gear?
A: I have a Canon EOS M50 and a standard 15-45mm kit lens. All except one of the multiple angles are faked. (*ゝω・)ﾉ

The reason I like White Note's arrangements so much is because of their simplicity, yet adhering so closely to the original songs. They are accurate, to the point, not overly crazy, yet not necessarily easy.
Having played many (*needs citation) arrangements by many (*needs another citation) different arrangers, White Note's is one of my favourites.

-yes, that is a mistake near the beginning. Kindly ignore it. (_　_|||)
-the rhythm from 2:42 - 3:09 took a very long time to figure out haha, I'm not sure if I still understand it.
-after experimenting some different pedaling at 4:14-4:19, I just stuck to leaving the sustain pedal down, like in the original MIDI. It sounds too dry and abrupt with scarcer pedaling.
-there are technically supposed to be lyrics from 4:00 ~ , but I opted to leave them out otherwise it would be too 'cluttered'.
-also, this video was made using only one camera. The audio used corresponds to the take from the top right position. The other angles were 'play synced' along. I don't know if that made sense.
What I mean is, I won't always be able to make videos like this since other songs don't have a steady tempo to which I can play exactly the same way every time. (That is until I buy a new camera).

Thank you White Notes! Your arrangement was a pleasure to play~ The last chorus was indeed a nice challenge, but once you figure out the correct fingering, it got a little easier. It was also very interesting comparing the sounds on an acoustic grand and the MIDI file in your video. I feel like on a piano, the notes have more range, and some bass parts would become too loud, while some passages in the higher register sounded a little too 'twinkly'. To counteract this, I used lots of soft pedaling, and managed to make it sound better. Next time, I'll set the premiere time even later so people will have chance to see it :)

Amazing!! And I really love the 3 camera angles, even if u used one only camera and then synced the videos. That's soo cool, I used this "technique" in one of my videos too, and it's not that easy to play at the same exact tempo >.< Stunning work man!
