This quick 30 minute full body pilates workout utilizes a stretchy band to enhance your pilates mat exercises. The theraband adds resistance for additional toning and strengthening, especially for the upper and lower body. It also provides extra support to help you find proper form and alignment.
The stretchy band is one of my absolute favorite props to use in pilates mat exercises. It reminds me of many of the exercises on the pilates reformer because of the added resistance and strength.
If you’re short on time, then this is a perfect full body pilates at home workout. If you don’t have a theraband or stretchy band, all of these exercises can be done without one. I do recommend one though… it will take your mat pilates workouts to the next level!

Thank you for teaching me the right way to do Pilates. I’ve tried so many other instructors and they don’t explain or forget to explain how to breath for each move and how it’s supposed to feel if you’re doing it incorrectly. I love love band exercises and I can’t believe you did one today. I loved it.
