In the South we typically make a roux from some kind of meat drippings (there is breakfast gravy and then there is dinner gravy) by adding butter flour and heavy cream. You can buy packet gravy that you just add milk to make but nothing beats making it from scratch.

I honestly think Ron handled himself well he wasn’t going to hug Sam because he knew she wouldn’t want it but he was respectful enough to not ignore her. I think that Sam honestly kept saying she was fine but her body language and words said otherwise. I think if she was really over Ron and he didn’t affect her like she said he doesn’t she would have reacted differently like truly a I don’t care and responded to his hi how are you with something like I’m good thanks and that’s it. But you can see there’s still a lot of remorse there and hate that’s she’s been holding onto for years and now it’s coming to the surface. I get it being around your ex is not something anyone wants or plans especially if it was toxic however again if she was really over all of that she would respond in a better manner. Even JWow mentioned it.

There's a few kinds of gravy where I grew up in the south. We've got white, brown, yellow, chocolate, and tomato. Depends on what we're eatin. White, chocolate, or tomatoe goes good on biscuits. White and tomato can go on some meats too. Brown and yellow for mashed potatoes, stuffin, rice, or meats.

I have met tones of ex addicts including myself who didn't come out completely unscathed. he could also be on medication for mental health that cause it too. Or to me he just looked completely nervous. Its a very strange and surreal feeling to be self aware and sober couldn't imagine being on camera and reconnecting with his ex and roomies. He just seems nervous to me or anxious. it takes a long time to get used to everything. When you spent alot of time using no matter what you used, sober you have to get used to everything again. Showers, talking to people, Sounds, smells, etc. its all new and can be overwhelming. It took me years to feel what people would call normal. I dont have an urge to want to use again by any means but you are definitely not the same person you was.
