This message answered so much for me. I have been trying to figure out what my purpose is and it drove me to enroll in EDS and then you started this summer series on PURPOSE. This is the first one that I have caught and I am crying tears of clarity and recognition. I gave up everything I wanted for them. God gave me my baby girl after I tied my tubes because I could not wait. She's 21 and they are still tied. Being a mother is the greatest joy of my life. Thank you for your yes and your passion and heart for the body of Christ. Sunday is not enough!!!! Thank you!!!

This touched my heart. I am a young mother. I had my daughter at 22 and I am now 24. In 2 years, I’ve learned so much, cried so much and prayed so much. I have ultimately been praying that the Holy Spirit work through me to help me become the mother I was called to be! 2 1/2 weeks my daughter has been going through a situation at school regarding housing as any mother would I wanted to help handle it. She told me no but the word she used after that broke my entire spirit she said mom I don’t want you to sabotage anything I am trying to do. “Sabotage “ I was taken back by that word. I did a replay in my head of how many countless nights I cried and pleaded to God for HIM to give her the desires of her heart, how many times I have paced that floor praying for her how many times I have called her name in prayer. I don’t know if It was the word she choose to say or because it came from her. When the enemy sees he can creep in he definitely will because now I’m wondering if I’m over bearing if my other kids feel the same way so now I’m angry at myself and vowed I would not ask them if they need my help for anything, dad don’t do nothing so why should I care,but the Holy Spirit stepped in HE spoke to me and let me know that the word she chose was not intended but it was intended for the enemy to use it to get me open to get me unguarded because he knew if he came from my kid(s) it would tear me up and make me second guess why I am in this alone which is something I have been questioning for almost two months.

The enemy uses situations where he knows our hearts are to make us weak, to make us stumble which is often thru our children because he knows our children are our treasure 😢 So he sometimes makes our children say and do stuff to try and tear us to pieces. Don't give up and don't give in . God knows all about you and he cares !!!
