Rate for such plots away from the city is not worthwhile. The Developer is cashing at the behest of Sobha apartments and other apartments nearby. Advise not worth buying at the price of Rs.6999/- per sq ft. Even one for 1200 sq ft the cost comes to 84,00,000/-. Construction another 1 cr. In total it comes to about 2 cr. Not worth buying. Please be careful.

It is not known which Autority has approved this Layout.Now it is mandatory that All layouts should be approved by Local Development Authority & Rera. Unless each Plot/Site should have Individual Khatha before public Launching. Be Alert, Be Careful - And No Genuine Lawyer will clear the papers within 10 Days. It is my OWN experience.
