Does the spare tire come with a rim? it's hard to tell from the video. Is it full size?

I believe it has a rim as most spare tires do, but I can't remember off hand if it's the same or smaller than the size of the standard tires.

I test drove the car and in other reviews they state it's smaller. It is. Like a regular spare tire.
