Yep. Sometimes less is more. I got a 2018 S model because I didn't want a turbo or that start/stop nonsense. Only thing I miss is heated seats. And, unless you live in a state or high altitude area where you really get lots and lots of snow, you could just put a set of snow tires on in the winter and get just about anywhere the 4wd can go. As far as mileage, I've done a few road trips and on the interstate (keeping it at around 68 mph) I get 33-34 mpg using 93 octane and 32-33 mpg using 87 octane.

@@dgtlrssn mine did fine, but then you probably get more snow your way. Even though the S is FWD, it still has more ground clearance than the typical car. With some snow tires I'm sure it,will be able to handle some deeper snow fine. There's a video where they tested a FWD vehicle with snow tires VS an AWD vehicle with summer tires. The FWD with the snow tires beat the AWD.

Old video but I am still going to comment as some people are considering this vehicle used. First of all, why is it people always think we need music playing in the back round? Gets on my nerves. For me I do not want a turbo just something else to go wrong that I do not need. And I am for smaller wheels as the bigger the tire the more expensive they are to replace.

I enjoy mine. 4 years old now, only 19k on the OD. No troubles or repairs so far outside of killing off the original battery because I don't drive it often or take trips much over 12 to 20 miles now and then. Last year, took it for the first long drive. MA. to NC. 73 mph with cruise control throughout, and managed 31.9 mpg. !! I just got one today and I'm real disappointed it doesn't have a CD player. I already miss my Pilot's 6-disc changer lol.

Eric Mumford I’m not super mad about it since I mostly use the Bluetooth but I was surprised.

I didn't notice that until I had purchased it. I'm disappointed but I will now start using the music on my phone, it's the same anyway.

@@Snake-ms7sj I just use my iTunes subscription and connect to the Bluetooth feature of the car. I have all my cds already ripped to my laptop and on there so it’s basically the same thing lol.
