Catholic here and just spent an entire summer working in the Bobov community as a bus driver for the children. Have to say this was the most delightful summer I’ve had ever. I am humbled by your people, by your faith, your resilience, your tenacity, your simplicity, your love and especially your love of Hashem. Your constant joy is something tangible. Yet, within that joy, I always sensed a subtle sadness. I guess it is to be expected given your history and all that has been done to you in the name of hate. Your Music is overwhelmingly beautiful and though I cannot understand a word of it, it is obvious this is an anguished cry up to the Lord and then very end scene shows the reason. My husband passed away Tishri 28 this year he loved listening to this song every other day. He loved Shmuel songs and specific this song.Being in ICU after lung operation for 2weeks, I could make him listen until last minute HaShem called him back to him. I am a christian-messianic woman from Norway. I have come to love you the Jewish people a lot (I think this is HaShem giving me this love also. He loves you so much!). I would like to understand what you are singing, so I can sing along and understand. I care a lot about you. As do Yeshua Jesus. He never hated you. That would be strange, after all He is Jewish Him self. And many Jews came to belive in Him back when He lived here on earth. Anyway, you do not have to agree with me, I just would like to say I care about you a lot, and it would be nice to be able to read in english the lyrics of your songs.
