->advanced settings->settings for QoS-> tick both boxes (DSCP and WMM) and press the button restart xbox. For me the problem has never occurred anymore since i did this.

It was just doing it to me all I did was disconnect my lan cable and forget it and I connected to my wifi only then I connected the lan cable and it let me get in mw3🔥was gonna try your way if it didn’t work!

Give it a couple of days or try reset your router it took me a few days to get my game to start up as normal after a few resets and stuff

Likely ip banned guys most of the fixes don’t work- or shadow banned- cod has a tendency to ban you if you get to many reports or your gameplay is “sus” or if your generally better than the average player
