Call of Duty’s biggest downfall is that its players have no confidence in the system. I see that your gameplay was slipping after you found out someone was cheating. Just a few days ago i learned about COD’s EOMM patents and since then i have been doing horrible and not wanting to play as much (i just got a PS5 and MW3 a month ago). Knowing that they can strategically change who you play against, which bullets do more damage, change your hitbox, and much more turns me tf off to this game.

I encounter the same thing almost every single game since hitting crim. I love ranked mp but I’ve honestly just completely quit and thinking about buying a ps5. You start winning and the lobby gets ddosed, they force the game mode to SnD so they win faster. Wish activisions anticheat team would be more on top of things

Currently Crim 1 in NA - there are days when its unplayable (4 stack purple flame T250 cheaters) and others when its much better so it varies by day

I’ve been playing MW2019 for the past few days, it’s crazy how the new games go to 100 on those games but they manage to make sure I finish with less than 10 kills literally more time to play and less action. Also if I shoot first I win (of course the casual BR and sniper will put me down) but no exchanges that don’t make sense. If the cheaters are losing, they have been known to bail in order to force everyone to disband. I think the game is starting to just penalize everyone equally to try to stop the behavior. It's just stupid that it's punishing legit players.

Congrats on nearly making it back to Diamond! Most of the cheaters come out whenever you hit Crimson 1, which also explains why there's so many smurfs in lower ranks. I don't really play much ranked which is why im such a low level, but ive only ever seen like 5 legit kbm players in my games. Problem is consol players have access to cheats too, most people that lied about it where either cheating or protecting people that where cheating. Dig into the machine learning software that's out, titan 2 etc. Na servers are rough on crossplay on/off, with them off i play iri/crims all day (ps5) and with it on i get jank lobbies. I’m at the top of the leaderboard in 90% of my games because once you’re crim you’re better than 99% of the players in pubs regardless of SBMM. I got shadowbanned because I went against the same 4 stack (one of them even had a crim season 2 emblem) 3 times in a row. First game I go 89-8. I know that sounds insane but once I got my first swarm, that led to a DNA bomb, which led to another swarm and chopper gunner, which led to another. It just spiraled. The 2nd game I had top kills in the lobby but wasn’t as insane. 3rd game they got onto my team, I got 1 single kill then I got disconnected and then found out I’m shadowbanned. There was trash talk between us, I never said anything extremely bad outside of things like, “y’all are shit, y’all got shitted on 2 games in a row” etc, meanwhile they’re calling me a f**got, telling me to KMS, etc. I have the full 30 minute video of all games and all of this unfolding too but I can’t submit it anywhere to appeal my fucking ban even though I have PROOF I wasn’t cheating and they spam reported me because they’re dogshit at the game and got angry. Gotta keep the shit players happy and not have a “bad” time so they keep playing and buying those MTX’s I guess. 😀 I’ve offered to discord and share my screen of that video to anyone who opposes or called me a cheater as well. Of course no one took me up on it cuz they’re scared I’m telling the truth. Playing ranked play with cheats is like having a pro chef cook for you at a cooking competition. What's the point? You're not the one cooking. Ranked play is supposed to test your skills and ability to play the game. It's like claiming to save someone when all you did was ask superman to do it. Truly no meaning. What do hardcore cheaters even think about? Do they think they're better than everyone else? Perhaps they don't feel they can improve? Or because of the skill levels of the pros, perhaps they think everyone else is also hacking? I played as a quickscoper all my childhood. I didn't start playing auto weapons until mw3, yet from practice and changing my play style I'm able to get 40 kills per game. The only reason someone like me would hack is because they don't have the ability to adapt to new weapons. What goes on in their heads?

i don't use aim trainers, i literally just play the game. back in MW2019, i used to shoot 150 recruit bots in shipment as a warmup everyday before i played and that's probably the extent of the training ive ever done lmao

I’ve always been a controller player and I agree that the aim assist is way too strong in this game. Beyond low diamond is when people start to have 100% lock on aim no matter how close or far you are. I am all for having games be more dependent on tactics, but this is cod where your gun skill alone should be able to carry you quite a ways. Back from bo2 through bo4 all I had to do was have insane gun skill and I could make it to Master or whatever top rank there was. Now it’s a struggle against high diamonds and crimsons.

I hit iri everyseason but been hard stuck crim this season and losing a lot because of cheaters and sbmm giving me the worst teamates. Game sbmm/hidden mmr system makes me hate this game.

KBM Na player here, im alot higher ranked then you heading towards d1 at level 20 (played last season though so id be around ur level if not). It is playable But once you hit a streak is when you start getting put up against players that are way higher ranked then you, i hit a 5 streak yesterday as a plat 1 player and was playing nothing but diamonds so your servers are dead which means the high win streak players are likely cheating compared to mine where they are probably just stacking+comms.

Yes sir, the amount of cheaters on this game is insane and with aim assist being completely broken you its hard to tell whose legit and whose aim botting. I play keyboard and mouse too but i played a couple ranked matches with controller in diamond lobbies, kids were accusing me of aim botting... Like yeah its called aim assist its legit aim bot but when i play MnK ill never get that type of accusation maybe some salty kids will say I'm walling because of my snaps but man... Its exhausting.

At the beginning of your 2nd game I could obviously tell the level 3 was hacking the moment he got the double kill on you. It’s obvious that isn’t normal aim assist. I don’t understand how most players can’t tell what is and isn’t organically possible.

I've seen some pretty ridiculous aim assist from legit controller players so i always give the benefit of the doubt after their first couple kills on me. Obviously once they do that every time they kill me it's a different story, but i don't want to be reporting people left right and centre after one kill on me

It just makes the ranked experience so sad on pc. Even though it varies, the prevailing cheaters and sometimes the servers make it feel unrewarding at the end of such a session. But when you get to a proper close game in crim/iri, the feeling is undescribable.

They’re more than likely not cheating, I’m not saying there aren’t cheaters in ranked play because there 100% is some of them, however, they’re typically just high Crimson-Iridescent players in lower elos that have insane map knowledge and can shoot. Also, they more than likely play 10-14 hours a day so; as a former iridescent I can confirm most other iridescent players do not turn the game off. Also, in more than half of these clips, you’re challing predicable angles, running the same routes to break point, and over extending every time.

Ethan, people now can run hack software through their consoles and the cheat market for console has skyrocketed. AI can be calibrated now so the system sees it as legit and an accessibility thing. So people aren't banned. Anyone can cheat at any time on anything. Not to mention scripts through hardware too. It's just sad man. And this is coming from a Keeb and Mouse player.

Wz ranked once you are in the high diamond, crim and above lobbies there are so many cheaters smurfs boosters. It's actually insane. If you see an iri or top 250 in your lobby there is genuinely a 50 50 chance they are cheating
