The 7.62 mag was just a 30 round mag for it, it already shoots 7.62, the special unlock is at level 8 where you unlock A sight ripped straight from Cold War

Regarding the front finisher, that's the new melee weapon from the classified sector. It's the only melee weapon in the game that has that feature. For me since I'm on ps5, it's R1 to activate that. You can still melee normally like the other weapons, but whatever the fire button is for you is the finisher button. It's risky because it swings slower than a normal melee swing so if you plan on doing that heavy swing finisher, make sure no one else is around because it acts like a finisher.

With the new sword you can finish player from the front. It has it’s own finishing move when using the shooting button.
