Does a chopper or enemy destroying a sentry still count as a broken sentry aiding in setting up a team-freeze?

think so cant remember it was that long ago that i found the glitch, best way to find out is put a sentry gun in a doorway where the chopper can shoot it then let it get destroyed by the chopper. call a team and see if they can go through the door but im pretty sure enemy soldiers destroying the sentry gun will work but again you can check
