Bambi Hellen eeeh you went through a journey that was full of bumps but your attitude and zeal plus God gave you the biggest and beautiful gift. there is nothing wrong with C-Section my first born was through C-Section despite the fact that i could push, the Doctors where and are always right and women should listen when it comes to Child Birth.

Banage am 23 years but whenever am in my periods I feel so much pain to the extent of vomiting and dyhorea ,too much pain I think have problem inside pliz faridah if possible I need Hellen number to take me to his doctor, I will pay for my bills InshaAllah

Mubiru Shanam dear I had the same problem but do this always when you are going to into periods do not eat strong food eat light food very small and the all days you are in periods do not drink any cold thing just drink only cold hot water or hot soup the all days you are in period thats what my chinese doctor told me and It worked I never felt that miserable again no medication needed
